Didn't like the reason to bring my Palazzo here. But once here BJ and Tim are doing what they can to fix my 3 issues. Very friendly and keeps me informed on the progress. All parts are now delivered and will take about 4 hours tomorrow to install. Also had time to take the factory tour.

The workmanship for the Thor Scope is horrible. This is a 1/4 inch screw that they use to hold the bed latch on in particle board. The bed bolts come loose. The interior siding panels come loose. Cabinet doors do not stay shut. The screen for the sliding door is too small. Plumbing pex lines sags to the exterior shower and doesn't drain and freezes. Ceiling fan leaks. Warranty help from manufacturer is a fight to get things fixed if at all.
Super nice place. Love the step by step tour you can take. Any questions they can answer. Just kinda fun seeing how they are made

I deliver parts to this plant. As a driver, this place is great. Steph and Jason are polite and a pleasure to do business with. The attendant at the guard shack is also nice and polite. I look forward to delivering here every week. Thanks guys and girl.
I purchased my RV last year, brand new from the lot. After a year of full-timing it, I had issue after issue, including black mold in my RV due to lack of sealing on the slides. The ONLY reason I am giving this 5 stars is because of Tammy Douangmala, who fixed everything in my RV (over 20 issues given to her), in 5 days. She alone changed my opinion about Thor actually caring about their products. While I believe no one in manufacturing or sales cares, her and her team do. I am beyond grateful for the information Tammy has given me to know what to look for in the future as this is my first RV ever. If you have issues, I'd recommend requesting her to be your technician. She is located at the 854 service building.
